Ypomin 2.5 Tablet ER is used to treat high blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily. It is also used to treat symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland (benign prostatic hyperplasia) in men by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.
