Dersol 12% Ointment is used to treat skin disorders caused by excessive thickening and scaling of the skin. It is used in conditions like psoriasis, ichthyosis, keratosis pilaris, palm and sole thickening, and certain types of warts and hyperkeratotic lesions, where the skin becomes hard, rough, or scaly.
