Shipping Policy

Citimedix LLP does not guarantee a fixed delivery time for any order. Delivery of products generally takes 7–8 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery may be delayed in certain circumstances due to extreme weather conditions, government regulations, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders will normally be scheduled for delivery no earlier than the third business day after the order is confirmed.

Delivery Information Required

While placing an order, customers are required to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including:

Name of the recipient
Flat/Apartment/Bungalow number
Name of the building or residential complex
Name of the road/street/marg
City and State with PIN code
Contact number (landline/mobile)
Proper and recognizable landmark
Valid email address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

Failed Delivery

Citimedix LLP will make reasonable attempts to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if the initial delivery is unsuccessful due to:

Incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer
Recipient not being available at the specified address or premises
Refusal to accept the order
Incorrect or unreachable contact details
Failure to provide access to the delivery location
Other circumstances attributable to the customer that prevent successful delivery

Any applicable re-delivery charges will be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible.

Order Tracking

Where tracking facilities are available, tracking details will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided by the customer once the order has been shipped.

Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or otherwise compromised, customers should immediately notify the delivery personnel and contact Citimedix LLP.

Shipping Delays

Depending on product availability, certain orders may take more than 10–12 business days to process or ship.

If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping an order, Citimedix LLP will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer through email, phone, or SMS using the contact information provided with the order.

Time-Sensitive Deliveries

For orders intended to be received before a specific event, occasion, or festival, customers are advised to place their orders at least 15 days before the expected delivery date.

For urgent delivery requirements, customers are advised to contact Citimedix LLP before placing the order to confirm whether the requested delivery timeline can be accommodated.

Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Citimedix LLP.

Delivery Locations

Currently, Citimedix LLP ships products only within India, subject to delivery serviceability.

If the delivery address provided by the customer is not serviceable, Citimedix LLP will notify the customer using the contact information provided with the order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, product category, applicable offers, promotions, or other factors.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before the customer confirms the order.

Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

Citimedix LLP will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions or regulatory activities, strikes, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
