Montac Tablet is used to treat and prevent peptic ulcer disease, GERD, and acidity, including conditions caused by excessive gastric acid secretion such as hypersecretory states, NSAID-related gastric injury, stress-related mucosal damage, and prevention of acid aspiration in high-risk patients.
